Digital keys can be linked to the Property Management System (PMS) and support self-service check-in. The same reader can accept RFID cards, PINs, QR codes and iBeacon credentials.
Access rights are time-limited and adapted to guests, housekeeping, maintenance staff and external contractors. Delivery status and fallback credentials are part of a reliable workflow.

What information is needed for a proposal?

Can we begin with a sample room?
Yes. A mock-up room verifies interfaces, scenes, temperature modes, access and integrations before a full rollout.
Does local room-management software require a subscription?
The basic local S-RMS concept does not require a subscription. Optional 4Spaces cloud services are selected separately.
Which HVAC equipment can be controlled?
Fan-coil units, valves, fans, heat-recovery units and underfloor heating are supported, with other equipment evaluated during design.
What do GRMS, PMS, BMS, EMS and HVAC mean?
GRMS manages guest rooms; PMS manages reservations, guests and room assignments; BMS supervises building services; EMS manages energy; HVAC covers heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
How are other manufacturers' systems connected?
Local gateways, documented APIs and prepared connectors exchange the necessary data with PMS, housekeeping, IPTV, payments, POS and other systems.
